激光切割是我厂新增设备,可以对各种板材进行切割,孔型花型都不受限制,大大满足了客户装修带来的烦恼,激光打孔是最早达到实用化的激光加工技术,也是激光加工的主要应用领域之一,已逐步形成一种崭新的加工方法——激光加工,激光加工已应用于 激光加工包括大功率切割焊接、钻孔、打标、切割、纹理、剥离、隔离等。其中的激光切割由于激光对被切割材料几乎不产生机械冲击和压力,所以不依赖模具的激光切割可以割成各种美好的花纹图案等

Laser cutting has many advantages
  • The cutting quality is good, because the laser spot is small, the energy density is high, the cutting speed is fast, so the laser cutting can obtain better cutting quality
  • The laser cutting incision is narrow, the two sides of the cutting seam are parallel and perpendicular to the surface, and the dimensional accuracy of the cutting parts can reach ± 0.05mm

  • The cutting surface is smooth and beautiful, the surface roughness is only tens of microns, even laser cutting can be used as the next process, without mechanical processing, parts can be used directly

  • After laser cutting, the width of heat affected zone is very small, and the performance of the material near the cutting seam is almost unaffected. Moreover, the deformation of the workpiece is small, the cutting precision is high, the geometry of the cutting seam is good, and the cross-section shape of the cutting seam presents a more regular rectangle

  • High cutting efficiency. Due to the transmission characteristics of laser, laser cutting machine is generally equipped with several CNC worktables, and the whole cutting process can be fully realized. During the operation, it is only necessary to change the numerical control program, which can be applied to the cutting of parts with different shapes. It can not only carry out two-dimensional cutting, but also realize three-dimensional cutting

  • The cutting speed is fast. The cutting speed can reach 600cm / min for 2mm thick low carbon steel plate and 1200cm / min for 5mm thick polypropylene resin plate. The material does not need to be clamped and fixed in laser cutting, which can not only save the fixture, but also save the auxiliary time of loading and unloading

  • The cutting torch has no contact with the workpiece, and there is no tool wear. When machining parts with different shapes, it is not necessary to change the "cutter", but only the output parameters of the laser. Laser cutting process has low noise, small vibration and no pollution

  • Compared with oxyacetylene cutting and plasma cutting, there are many kinds of laser cutting materials, including metal, nonmetal, metal matrix and nonmetal matrix composites, leather, wood and fiber. However, for different materials, due to their own thermophysical properties and different laser absorptivity, they show different laser cutting adaptability
